# GoHighLevel Cleanup & Audit — Checklist *Owner: Chris Campbell · Bench: Workshop → Automations · Started: 2026-07-09* > The running to-do list for the GHL house-cleaning + full audit. Nothing gets forgotten because it lives here. Check boxes as we go. --- ## The big picture (what we're doing and why) Chris built a handful of **funnels inside GoHighLevel's Funnel Builder months ago**. They're **not active** and **should not be active**. Every real AnchorWorks funnel is **custom HTML hosted on Cloudflare** — GHL is only used for the **plumbing behind** those funnels: email workflows, text (SMS) workflows, automations, tags, and triggers. The GHL Funnel Builder itself is too clunky and we don't use it. **Problem:** there are leftover subdomains, custom domains, and links pointing at those dead GHL-built funnels.
